Rough Magic has appointed Tom Creed as the company’s first Associate Director.

Tom will have particular responsibility for the artistic curation of recently launched SEEDS3 project and will direct a full production for the company later in 2006.

Tom participated in the Director’s Training Programme as part of the previous SEEDS II programme and directed Sarah Kane’s 4.48 Psychosis during the 2005 Dublin Fringe Festival.

Tom is joint Artistic Director of the Cork based theatre company Playgroup who were nominated for a 2005 Irish Theatre Award for their production of Dark Week at the Everyman Palace Theatre.
