Following Loughlin Deeagn's appointment as the new Artistic Director of the Dublin Theatre Festival, Rough Magic is seeking a dynamic and experienced arts manager to lead the company through an on-going period of growth and creative development, both in Ireland and internationally.

Working with the Artistic Director, the Executive Producer will lead a small and dedicated team and will have full responsibility for all aspects of the management and promotion of the company and its productions.

The successful candidate will have at least five years experience as a senior theatre manager including a proven track record in financial management, marketing, personnel management and fund-raising. A post-graduate qualification in Arts Administration is also desirable.
